This month I was working with the new Celebrate line by Authentique. I love the red and teal combination and the overall feel of the line. It is perfect for a more grown-up celebration...like going roller skating! Which is exactly what my friends and I did to celebrate a 30th birthday, complete with pizza and Hello Kitty treat bags! Very grown-up, I know.

 To make this layout I started with the Rejoice paper as my background. I found a sketch by Allison Davis which incorporated banners and die-cuts. I knew I wanted to use stars to match the background. Once I cut the large circles I began embellishing with stars I cut on my Cricut, an Epiphany Crafts punch, and stickers from the Elements sheet. The sentiments on the Elements sheet are perfect for a layout and I have plenty leftover for cards and other projects.
